A big fat YES to this summery salad. Fast, easy, and super delicious. I've got nothing else to ramble about, so carry on with your lives.
BLT Chopped Salad with Corn, Feta, and Avocado

For the salad (this will make about 4 salads):
- 4-6 cups salad greens of your choice, chopped--I used some spinach and red leaf lettuce from the Farmer's Market. Really, any kind will work.
- 1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups corn (I cooked and cooled some frozen corn, but this summer I will be just cutting corn fresh off the cob and into the salad)
- 2 avocados chopped
- 1/2 cup feta, crumbled
Dressing:(note--you may not use all of this)
- 3 T. olive oil
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
