- 6-8 cups water (depending on if you plan to add milk the next morning. I used 7 cups)
- 2 cups steel cut oats
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup dried blueberries (optional--I left these out)
Spray your crockpot with cooking spray and mix all ingredients together. Cook on low for 7-8 hrs, stir well before serving. I set out bowls of nuts and dried cranberries, as well as maple syrup and milk/cream for topping. Leftovers were great reheated the next day!
