Strawberries and Vodka

Strawberries and Vodka

-adapted from Bon Appetit July 2014

• 3 cups frozen sliced strawberries (bonus is that I have all those lovely ones we picked a couple weeks ago in the freezer)
• 2 cups ice
• 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice (real limes, people)
• 3/4-1 cup vodka (depends on how strong you like your drinks. By the time I doctored ours I am pretty sure we were closer to the 1 cup mark)
• 2-3 T. agave nectar

Blend all this in a blender, pour into 2 tall glasses and serve. It would probably be even better if you sipped this poolside, but it was so good as I prepared dinner that the only picture I managed was of the empty glass.
